摘  要:针对新型针织提花设备工艺,研究磁悬浮式织针在狭小空间内的运动规律,分析电磁-永磁驱动特性,结合悬浮系统结构和驱动性能,建立电磁-永磁驱动模型。阐述悬浮织针的驱动计算模型,包括织针上升、下降成圈过程中运动轨迹的模型分析,以及电磁线圈轴线上的磁场驱动分析。通过设计仿真平台,对成圈阶段的运动轨迹进行仿真,计算织针在变加速条件下,驱动、加速度、速度、功位位移之间的关系,为悬浮式织针精密功位编织提供理论基础及试验模型。In terms of the new type of jacquard knitting technology and equipment, this paper studied the motion law of suspended knitting needle in narrow space, analyzed the principle of suspended knitting model hybrid driven by electromagnetic and permanent magnet, combining with the suspension structure and the driving performance, established the hybrid of electromagnetic and permanent model. It introduces in detail the calculation model of system driving of the suspension knitting, which include the analysis of the model of the motion trail in the up- down looping process, and the analysis of the model of the magnetic field driven in the axis of solenoid coil. This paper designed simulation platform, simulated the motion trail in loop forming stage, and analyzed the relationship among the driving, acceleration, speed and displacement under varied acceleration conditions. The results provide theoretical basis and experimental model for precise knitting of suspended needle.
