摘  要:介绍了生物质染料的基本概况,并以乌龙茶提取液为染料,对纯棉织物进行染色,以小檗碱、可可碱及咖啡碱3种生物碱和酒石酸及柠檬酸两种有机酸为固色剂,分别对染色后织物进行固色处理。测试并分析了织物的固色及拼色效果,探讨了固色剂对紫外线的吸收情况。结果表明,乌龙茶提取液染色棉织物可以使用生物碱和有机酸进行固色;生物碱和有机酸作为生物质染料固色剂,具有固色效果及一定的拼色效应;生物碱和有机酸还可以增强织物的紫外线吸收功能。The basic situation of biomass dyes was introduced, and with oolong tea extract liquor as dyes, the pure cotton fabric was dyed, with the three kinds of alkaloids including berberine, theobromine and caffeine, and the two kinds of organic acids including tartaric acid and citric acid as fixing agents, the fixation processing of dyed fabric were carried out respectively. The effects of fixation and matching were tested and analyzed, the ultra- violet absorption situation of fixing agent was discussed. The results show that the cotton fabric of oolong tea extract dyeing can be fixed by using alkaloid and organic acid, with alkaloid and organic acid as the fixing agent of biomass dyes , there are the effects of fixing and matching color, at the same time, it's also can strengthen ultraviolet absorption function of the fabric.
