摘　　要：介绍了冰蓝云雕功能性针织面料的设计开发及织造工艺,详细阐述了冰蓝云雕功能性针织面料前处理、染色、定形等工序,并测试了产品的基本性能指标,同时采用4种不同的测试方法对抗起毛起球性能进行测试。结果表明,冰蓝云雕功能性针织面料轻薄通透、手感细腻、设计新颖,呈现出像云层岩式浮雕形状,具有冰凉滑爽的手感,穿着更加舒适,织物基本指标性能均达到优等品标准,为高档、新颖、差异化面料的设计与开发提供参考。The design development and knitting process of ice blue cloud carved functional knitted fabrics were introduced, the processes of pretreatment, dyeing, setting and so on were expounded in detail, and the basic performance indices of the products were tested. At the same time, anti-pilling resistance was tested by four different methods. The results show that the ice blue cloud carved functional knitted fabrics are thin transparent, feel fine, modem design, showing the emboss shape like clouds rock type, with feeling smooth cold, wearing more comfortable. The fabric basic performance indicators have reached the standard of classy article, which provides some references for the design and development of top-class, innovative and differentiated fabric.
