摘　　要：为解决涤纶分散染料染色时的匀染问题,研发了一种新型高温匀染剂S-001,并用于涤纶除油染色一浴法工艺。介绍了新型高温匀染剂S-001的基本性能,测试并分析了新型高温匀染剂S-001的精练渗透效果、除油效果、移染性、分散性等,并探讨了新型高温匀染剂S-001在大生产中的应用。结果表明,新型高温匀染剂S-001具有很好的精练渗透效果、除油效果、移染性、分散性,对染料上染无影响,符合大生产的实际应用,节能降耗且提高生产效率。To solve the problem of leveling dyeing of polyester dyed by disperse dyes, a new type of high temperature leveling agent S-001 was developed, and used for oil removing and dyeing in one bath. The basic properties of the new type high temperature leveling agent S-001 was introduced, the scouring penetration effect, oil removing effect, pad dyeing, dispersion of high temperature leveling agent S-001 were tested and analyzed, and the application of high temperature leveling agent S-001 in mass production were discussed. The results show that the new type of high temperature leveling agent S-001 has good effect of scouring permeability, oil removing effect, dye mobility and scattering, and has no effect on dye-uptake. It also meets the practical application of mass production, saves energy and reduces consumption, and improves production efficiency.
