摘　　要：结合近年来快速反应和产品创新的发展潮流,阐述纬编技术及产品的发展情况。概述纬编生产在高精设备技术、数字化生产技术和无缝成形技术3个方面的最新进展,并通过10类面料分析纬编产品创新情况,包括空气层、仿蕾丝、针织牛仔、商务休闲、户外服装、床品、提花床垫包覆和家具包覆面料,以及成形鞋面和超薄弹力织物等。提出纬编产品个性化、智能化和绿色化是未来发展方向,并指出我国纬编领域需要加强技术创新和产品研发,提高国际竞争力。This paper introduces the weft knitting technology and product development based on the trends of the quick response and innovative products, presents the details in 3 aspects-high accurate machine techniques, digital production techniques and seamless forming technique, and analyzes the weft knitting production innovative through 10 kinds of fabrics including piquette, imitation lace fabric, knitted jeans fabric, business and casual fab- ric, outdoors wear, beddings, cover fabrics for jacquard mattress and furniture, shaped vamp fabric and ultra-thin stretchy fabric. This paper introduces the personalized, intelligent and green developing trend, and points out that the domestic weft knitting technique needs to strengthen technical innovation and product development in order to improve international competence.
