凉感功能棉针织面料生产实践

摘　　要：结合各类凉感面料产品,分析凉感功能棉针织面料的开发方向。采用16.9 tex的高捻度ICE CTN棉纱与8.3 tex/72 f的涤纶长丝交织,在28针/25.4 mm的双面大圆机上开发具有凉感功能的针织面料。详细阐述原料选择、设备参数、组织结构、织针排列、三角排列、编织图、穿纱方式等编织工艺,以及前处理、染色、定形等染整工艺,并采用热流量传递试验,对该产品的凉感功能进行测试。结果表明,在温度差为20℃时,该面料的Q-max值均达到0.2 W/cm^2以上,凉感功能效果良好,可用于运动服、户外休闲服等。This paper analyzes the direction for development of the cool-feel knitted fabrics according to analy- sis to kinds of cool-feel fabrics. It develops a new kind of knitted fabric with cool-feel function by interknitting with 16.9 tex high twist ICE CTN cotton yarn and 8.3 tex/72 f polyester on the 28 gauge double circular knitting machine. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including materials selection, equipment parameters, struc- tures, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, knitting diagram,threading ways, and the technology of pretreatment, dyeing and size-setting. It also tests the cool-feel function by the heat flux transferring test. The results show that, the fabric＇s Q-max can reach more than 0.2 W/cm2, the cool-feel function is good, which can be used in sportswear and outwear.
