花色针织牛仔面料生产实践

摘　　要：针对梭织牛仔面料僵硬不透气、柔软性差,以及针织牛仔面料花色品种较单一的情况,在20针/25.4 mm的普通单面大圆机上以纬平针组织为地组织,通过改变纱线颜色以及利用集圈编织等方法开发两款新型花色针织牛仔面料。该面料质地轻薄、柔软舒适、外观独特,可用来制作牛仔T恤、牛仔针织衬衫、牛仔连衣裙等。同时,在此设计基础上给出花色针织牛仔的几种工艺设计方法,为普通单面大圆机开发花色针织牛仔面料提供参考。In terms of the problems of woven denim fabrics, weak flexibility and softness, and knitted denim fabrics lack of variey, the paper develops several new kinds of color knitted denim fabrics based on weft plain stitch on the 20 G large diameter single circular knitting machine, by changing the yarn colors and applying tuck- ing structure. The results show that the new knitted denim fabrics have good softness, wearing comfort and unique appearance, which can be used to make denim T-shirts, denim knitted shirt and denim dress and so on. Mean- while, several kinds of extended process design methods of color knitted denim fabrics are given, which provides a reference for the development of knitted denim fabrics on the single circular knitting machine.
