摘　　要：以8.3 tex/72 f的竹炭纤维和7.8 tex/24 f的锦纶半光丝为原料,在单面大圆机上设计两款乔赛针织面料,包括常规和斜纹乔赛组织,详细阐述织物的编织工艺,包括设备参数、意匠图、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等。并衍生出多种花色乔赛面料,包括横向、纵向、菱形和格形乔赛组织针织面料。所设计的乔赛针织面料适用于运动装、休闲装等,为具有常规大圆机设备的企业开发设计新颖别致、风格独特的乔赛针织面料提供参考。The paper develops two kinds of jersey knitted fabrics including conventional and twill jersey on the 24 gauge single circular machine by using 8.3 tex/72 f bamboo-carbon fiber and 7.8 tex/24 f. It introduces in de- tail the knitting technology, such as equipment parameters setting, notation, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, threading ways and so on. In addition, several other structured jersey fabrics, such as horizontal jersey, vertical jersey, rhombic jersey and trellis jersey knitted fabric. The results show that the jersey knitted fabric can be used in sportswear and casual, which provides the references for the development of the innovative and unique style jer- sey knitted fabrics on the conventional circular machines.
