摘  要:由于弯纱张力对织针的受力及运动稳定性影响较大,基于磁悬浮式驱动织针的原理及结构,结合弯纱中针钩内点与纱线接触的运动轨迹,建立磁悬浮织针弯纱编织时的力学模型。该模型针对纱线特性、弯纱接触包角及接触摩擦系数对弯纱张力的影响,提出分析弯纱张力的数学表达式,并对该模型进行Matlab数值分析与计算,以及Ansys非线性仿真分析。结果表明,在弯纱过程中,纱线张力随弯纱深度的增加而显著增大,对磁悬浮式驱动织针弯纱编织的动态稳定性产生一定的影响。As the knitting tension has crucial impact on the stress state and motion stability of needle, and based on the theory and structure of magnetic-levitation driven needle, the paper establishes the mechanical model of bending yarn during the knitting process of magnetic-levitation needle, combining with contacting moving trajec- tory between the inner point of needle and bending yarn. The model can explain the influences of characteristics of yarn, contacting wrap angle of bending yarn and friction coefficient on bending yarn tension, and give the mathe- matical equations for analyzing the knitting tension, then statistical analysis and computing on Matlab and non-lin- ear simulation analysis on Ansys are made. The results show that during the process of bending the yarn, the yarn tension tends to be increased when the sinking depth is getting deepened, causing effects on dynamic stability of needle's knitting.
