摘 要:针对国内现有电脑横机全成形编织工艺复杂、效率不高、组织稀疏等问题,结合双针床电脑横机全成形编织方法,提出一种新型的多针床电脑横机全成形编织工艺。阐述该工艺编织系统的设计方法、针床结构的布局、走针路径的设计、路径转换方式等,并以1+1筒状罗纹为例分析其编织工艺。同时对比分析双针床和多针床电脑横机全成型编织工艺,包括三角系统、罗纹间距、走针路径、织针使用等。该新型全成形工艺采用满针编织方式,提高组织密度,增加翻针路径,同时进行编织和移圈,并采用内、外走针轨道改进移圈三角以减小机头宽度,可以显著提高编织效率,具有一定的可行性和实用性。In terms of the problems of complex technology, low efficiency and sparse structures in fully-fash- ioned knitting process on the domestic computerized flat knitting machine, combing with the double needle bed com- puterized flat knitting machine, the paper proposes a new fully-fashioned knitting technology. The design method, the needle bed structure and layout, needle path, path changing mode are introduced in detail, and analyzed the knitting technology with 1+1 tubular rib. In addition, compare the fully-fashioned knitting computerized flat knitting machine of double needle bed with more needle bed including the cam system, rib spacing, needle path, needle use and so on. The technology adopts the full needle knitting, improvs the structure density, increases the loop transfer ways, and makes knitting and looping transfer simultaneously. Meanwhile, the technology adopts internal and external nee- dle traces to improve the transfer cam and reduce the width of cam carriage, which is feasible and practical with the greatly improved knitting efficiency.
