多组分多色蕾丝弹性面料的染整加工

摘　　要：采用黏胶纤维、锦纶长丝、改性涤纶长丝、氨纶这4种纤维织造蕾丝弹性面料,并根据纤维的染色性能和特点,制定了合理的染整工艺以开发3色蕾丝弹性面料。文中详细介绍了坯布除油、高温预定形、黏胶纤维染色、锦纶长丝及改性涤纶长丝染色、成品定形等工序,并指出了染整加工的注意事项。测试了大生产成品色牢度和尺寸稳定性。结果表明,通过选择合适的染整工艺,3色蕾丝弹性面料染色效果理想,尺寸稳定,可以达到客户要求。Lace elastic fabric was knitted by rayon, polyamide, modified polyester and spandex, and dyeing and finishing process was made to develop the 3-color lace elastic fabric on the basis of dyeing properties and charac- teristics. Oil removing, presetting at high temperature, product setting and so on were introduced in detail, and rayon dyeing, polyamide and modified polyester dyeing, precautions in the dyeing process were pointed out. The color fastness and dimensional stability of products in large-scale production were tested. The results show that the dyeing effect of lace elastic fabric with 3-color is good and product size is stable which can meet the requirements of customers by selecting suitable dyeing and finishing process.
