绞花组织在男式毛衫中的应用

摘　　要：分析影响绞花组织外观效果的因素,如纱线线密度、移圈方式、移圈行数、移圈线圈数等,对绞花组织的分类进行举例,包括单个、多个、点状、交叉、组合、复合绞花组织等,并结合绞花组织的肌理美感、装饰美感、层次美感等作用,详细阐述绞花组织在男式毛衫中的应用,包括整体应用、衣领、前中部位、衣袖、衣身、分割线处等局部应用。指出,绞花组织的应用可以形成丰富的凹凸肌理效应、增加毛衫立体感和视觉冲击力,通过恰当运用可以设计出个性时尚的男式毛衫产品。This paper introduced the formation mechanism of cable stifch in terms of the yarn count, loop transfer mode, number of wales transferred and number of loops transferred, as well as the classification of cable stitch such as single, multiple, point shape, cross, combination, composite cable stitch, etc.. The applications of cable stitch in the men＇s sweater were presented in detail in terms of the texture beauty, decorative beauty and the level of beauty, which includes the integrated application, collar, front, sleeves, body part, and separation line etc.. It pointed out that cable stitch can form a wealth of blister texture effect, increase the sense of three-dimen- sional and visual impact, and can be designed into a personalized fashion men＇s sweater products with proper use of cable stitches.
