全髋关节置换术治疗老年髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探析全髋关节置换术治疗老年髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎患者的临床效果。方法 从2012年6月~2015年5月期间于我院接受治疗的髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎患者中随机抽选出48例作为此次研究的对象,并对所有患者进行全髋关节置换手术。结果 与治疗前相比,所有患者的Harris评分均有提高,患者的髋关节功能得到显著改善,组间数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;手术结束后,所有患者均未出现假体周围骨折、感染、假体松动、脱位以及下肢深静脉血栓等并发症;此外,对患者进行临床影像学检查,其检查结果显示患者假体位置良好,且不存在无菌性松动、假体下沉、无骨溶解以及植骨块吸收等症状。结论 对老年髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎患者进行临床全髋置换手术,能明显帮助患者改善髋关节功能,且手术安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广采用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with secondary osteoarthritis secondary to hip dysplasia. Methods 48 cases of patients with secondary osteoarthritis secondary to hip dysplasia accepted developmental treatments of hip adverse secondary osteoarthritis in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected as objects of the study, and all patients were given total hip replacement surgery. Results Compared with before the treatment, Harris score of all patients were improved, hip joint function of patient was improved significantly, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05））.After the surgery, all patients did not appear per prosthetic fracture, infection, loosening of the prosthesis, dislocation and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and other complications. In addition, clinical imaging examination was used to the patients, the examination results showed that patient prosthesis position was good, and there was no aseptic loosening, prosthesis subsidence,no osteolysis, implant bone absorption and other symptoms. Conclusion The total hip replacement surgery for the elderly patients with secondary osteoarthritis of hip dysplasia can significantly help patients to improve hip function, and the safety of the operation is high, it is worthy of further clinical application.
