猪尾巴导管置管引流胸腔积液在危重患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨猪尾巴导管引流胸腔积液在ICU危重患者中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2013年9月~2106年5月在我院ICU使用猪尾巴管进行胸腔积液引流的及使用深静脉导管引流的患者各30例。对比两组患者引流时间、住ICU时间及住院时间。结果 与深静脉导管相比,猪尾巴导管可以显著缩短引流时间（P〈0.05）及在ICU的停留时间（P〈0.05）,同时也能明显降低住院日数（P〈0.05）。结论 猪尾巴管持续引流胸腔积液是ICU内危重患者胸腔积液引流非常可靠、安全、有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of pigtail catheter in drainage pleural effusion for the critical patients in ICU. Methods 30 patients underwent drainage of pleural effusion with the pigtail catheter and 30 patients with central venous catheter from September 2013 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into central venous catheter group and the pigtail catheter group. Drainage last time, ICU stay time and the length of hospital stay between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the central venous catheter group, the pigtail catheter can significantly shorten the drainage time （P 〈 0.05）,ICU stay time （P 〈 0.05） and the length of hospital stay （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using the pigtail catheter is more effective and safer way for the critical patients.
