药检机构大型仪器设备共享管机制探讨

摘　　要：大型仪器设备是药检机构固定资产的重要组成部分,更是开展检验检测工作的重要手段。多年来中国食品药品检定研究院坚持推进大型仪器设备共享使用,取得了很好效果;总结中检院在大型仪器设备的信息化共享平台、共享管理制度和人才建设等方面经验基础上,围绕共享设备选取机制、使用机制、核算机制和考核机制等关键问题和难点展开讨论,为具备条件的药检机构开展大型仪器设备共享工作提供经验和建议。Large equipments are important assets in the Drug Inspection Institutes,and an important means for inspection and testing.National Institutes for Food and Drug Control （NIFDC） has been insist on developing sharing management for many years.Based on the experience of sharing management of Large equipments,methods are put forword and discussed about choosing,using,charging and assessment of sharing equipments.These measures could be helpful to improve the effective management level of equipments.
