由筷子引发的意外损伤致死案分析

摘　　要：在刑侦工作中,法医工作者不仅需要对死亡原因作出判定,而且还需对死亡或致伤方式、致死(伤)工具以及案件现场重建等进行分析和推断。本文报道一起案例,某公路发现一具男性尸体,尸检提示其因外伤致左胫前动脉破裂引起失血性休克而死亡。通过现场勘查及物证检验,推断其死亡是因意外形成特殊体位而恰由一支筷子刺穿其左胫前动脉导致大出血所造成。In actual criminal investigation, forensic professionals are required to not only determine the cause of death of the victim（s） but also figure out the manner of death or injury, the tool causing the death or injury and concretization of the scene. This article reports a case that a male was found dead on road. The autopsy examination indicated that the victim＇s death was caused by a severe hemorrhage that had been led from an injury of the left anterior tibial artery. Taken together the scene investigation and biological examination, the victim was inferred to die from an accidental injury resulted by a chopstick stabbing into his left anterior tibial artery with an unusually special body position.
