摘　　要：党的十八大首次提出要培育新型经营主体,发展多种形式规模经营,构建集约化、专业化、组织化、社会化相结合的新型农业经营体系。十八届三中全会再次提出,要加快构建新型农业经营体系,培育和壮大新型农业生产经营组织,充分激发农村生产要素潜能。这些都为新型农业经营主体的发展指明了方向。随着我国农业农村经济的不断发展,以农业专业大户、农民专业合作社和农业企业为代表的新型农业经营主体显示出发展生机与潜力,已成为现代农业发展的核心主体。加强新型农业经营主体建设,对于加快现代农业发展,促进粮食增产、农业增效、农民增收具有重要意义。The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is first proposed to cultivate new agricultural management main body, develop various scale operations, and construct new agricultural management system which is combing with intensification, specialization, organization and socialization. The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee puts forward again to speed up the building of new agricultural management system, nurture and expand the new agricultural production and operation organizations, and fully stimulate the potential of rural production factors. These are pointed out the direction for the development of new agricultural management main body. With the continuous development of agricultural rural economy, the new agricultural management main body which is represented by agricultural professional investors, farmers＇ professional co-operatives and agricultural enterprises, shows vigor and development potential, and has become a core subject in modern agricultural development. Strengthening the construction has great significance on accelerating the development of modern agriculture, and increasing the food production, agricultural efficiency and farmers＇ income.
