摘　　要：农民工是我国社会群体的重要组成部分,其对于体育生活的认知状况直接决定着其参与体育运动的意识、动机、方式与实际效果情况,由此影响到其身体健康水平以及生活质量情况,是我们了解农民工体育运动现状的一项基本内容。基于此,该论文以"河南省城市农民工对体育生活认知情况调查与分析——以郑州为例"为题,正是要采用文献梳理法、问卷调查法、访谈法与数理统计法,以郑州市农民工为研究对象,从对于体育生活价值、兴趣、动机等角度系统剖析其对于体育生活的认知现状,由此总结其存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决措施,从而为郑州市农民工体育生活的发展提供必要的借鉴意义。Migrant workers are an important part of the social groups in China, and their cognition of sports life directly determines the consciousness, motive, mode and actual effect of their participation in sports, thus affecting their physical health and quality of life, which is a basic content for understanding the current situation of migrants＇ physical exercise. Based on this, this paper take ＂Henan urban migrant workers on sports life cognition survey and analysis - Zhengzhou as an example＂ as a title, it is necessary to use the document combing, questionnaire survey, interview and mathematical statistics, to analyze the status quo of the cognition of sports life from the point of view of sports life value, interest and motivation, and summarizes its existing problems, and puts forward specific measures to solve these problems, so as to provide the necessary reference for the development of peasant workers＇sports life in Zhengzhou.
