山西省临汾市健身俱乐部健美操教练员感染力因素调查与分析

摘　　要：随着经济与社会的快速发展,群众体育事业得到了讯猛的发展的同时,人们的健身意识也在逐渐增强。健身健美操作为一种新兴的健身体育运动,以其独有的魅力得到了人们的认可并迅速的发展起来,因此健身健美操教练员的也越来越受到人们的关注。本文的研究对象为临汾市7家比较大的健身俱乐部的健身健美操教练员,采用了问卷调查法、数理分析法、逻辑分析法、文献资料法以及访谈法,通过研究教练员带操的过程,进而调查影响健身健美操教练员感染力的因素,并对调查结果进行深入细致的分析与总结。据此对体育院校毕业的将要选择做健身教练员的学生提出合理性建议,使其为大众健身的普及与发展发挥重要作用。With the rapid economic and social development, mass sports has been the rapid development of the same time, people＇s fitness awareness is gradually increased. Fitness aerobics, as a new sports, with its unique charm has been recognized and the rapid development of fitness aerobic coaches get more and more attention. This paper studies the fitness aerobics coaches of seven large fitness clubs in Linfen City by questionnaire, mathematical analysis, logic analysis, literature and interview, and studied the process of coaches with gymnastics. And then investigate the factors affecting the fitness aerobics instructor appeal, and the results of the survey conducted in -depth and meticulous analysis and summary. Based on this, put forward reasonable proposals to the sports college graduates who will choose to do fitness coaches oin the future, play an important role to make fitness popular and development.
