摘　　要：电力行业响应"供给侧改革"必须加快相关循环经济产业的培育,以解决长期积累下来的产能过剩、结构不合理、效率低下等问题。本文探讨了"供给侧改革"下电力行业循环经济的发展趋势并分析了当前产业融资模式的现状和不足,基于产业链的维度有针对性地提出了三种融资创新模式并给出了具体实施方案,以克服以往融资模式的弊端,增强行业整体竞争力。For electric power industry responding to the Supply-side Reform,related circular economy industry should be cultivated to solve long-term accumulated problems such as overcapacity,irrational structure and low production efficiency.In this paper,the trends of electric power related circular economy industries is discussed.By analyzing status and shortcoming of current industry finance model,three financing innovation models and related concrete plans are given to overcome the previous disadvantages and increase industrial competition.
