摘　　要：目的:应用Delphi法构建科学、有效及可操作性强的《孕产妇盆底健康行为自我管理教育手册》。方法:自我管理教育小组在文献检索分析法、深入访谈法和头脑风暴法的基础上完成《手册》初稿,利用Delphi法将《手册》有关问题向20名专家进行两轮函询并分析结果,最终完成《手册》。结果:两轮函询的专家意见有效回收率均为100%,专家权威程度分别为0.873和0.891,专家意见协调系数分别为0.750和0.808。结论:《手册》内容科学合理,为孕产妇进行盆底功能重建提供了一个实用有效的工具,也为盆底功能重建的临床护理工作提供了参考意见。Objective： To construct a scientific,effective and practicable ＂ self- management education manual for pregnant women health behavior of pelvic floor＂ by the application of Delphi method. Methods： Self- management and education group completed the first draft of the manual on the basis of literature retrieval analysis,in- depth interview method and brainstorming method. Then they applied the Delphi method to carry out two rounds of communications with20 experts related to the problems of ＂ the manual＂ and analyzed the results. And finally they complete ＂ the manual＂. Results： The effective rates of expert opinions in the two rounds of inquires by letters were up to 100%. The experts＇ authority degree was 0. 873 and 0. 891 respectively. The experts＇ opinion coordination coefficient was 0. 750 and 0. 808 respectively. Conclusion： The contents of ＂ the manual＂ is scientific and reasonable,which can provide a useful and effective tool for pelvic floor function reconstruction of pregnant women. It also can provide reference for the clinical nursing of pelvic floor reconstruction.
