手袖套式约束带在躁动患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨手袖套式约束带在躁动患者护理中的应用效果,为临床躁动患者的身体制动护理提供参考。方法：选择2014年1月~2016年1月在我科CCU接受治疗的94例躁动患者作为研究对象,所有患者经评估均需实施约束带制动,将患者随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者采用普通约束带对四肢进行约束,试验组患者采用自制手袖套式约束带对四肢进行约束,比较两组患者约束期间出现并发症发生率,患者舒适度评分变化,医护人员操作失败率,患者对约束带使用的满意程度。结果：在约束带制动期间,试验组患者并发症发生率、治疗护理操作失败率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,试验组患者舒适度评分、满意程度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：手袖套式约束带应用在躁动患者护理中,可有效提升患者制动质量,获得患者和医护人员的认可,具有较高的临床价值。Objective： To explore the effect of sleeve restraint band in the nursing of patients with dysphoria,thus providing reference for the body brake nursing of patients with dysphoria. Methods： Selected 94 patients with dysphoria who were treated in CCU of our hospital dated from January 2014 to January2016 as research objects. All patients were assessed with brachytherapy. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group,the limbs were restrained by the general restraint band. The patients in the test group were restrained by limbs with self- made sleeve restraint band. The incidence of complication,patient comfort score,the failure of medical staff and patient satisfaction with the use of the restraint band were compared between the two groups. Results： The rate of complications and the failure rate of nursing care were lower in the experimental group than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The patients comfort score and degree of satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Application of sleeve restraint band in nursing care of patients with dysphoria can effectively improve patient braking quality and it is of high clinical value because it can be recognized by patients and health care professionals.
