摘　　要：目的：探讨弹力网状绷带在固定新生儿肢体留置针中的应用效果。方法：对2015年3月~2016年3月我中心新生儿病房中收治的120例采用肢体留置针进行输液治疗的患儿进行观察,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿采用无菌透明胶布固定留置针,观察组采用弹力网状绷带固定留置针,观察两种固定方法的临床应用效果。结果：观察组患儿的静脉留置针留置时间、留置成功率、患儿家长对护理的满意度明显高于对照组,观察组患儿静脉炎、液体渗漏等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对肢体留置针患儿采用弹力网状绷带固定效果优于无菌透明胶布固定,保证留置针的安全使用,减少不良反应,延长留置针时间,减轻患儿的痛苦,降低了护理人员的工作量,提升了患儿家长对护理工作的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To explore the effect of elastic mesh bandage in the immobilization of neonatal limb indwelling needles. Methods： Observed 120 cases of pediatric patients who were transfused by limb indwelling needles in the neonatal ward of our center from March 2015 to March 2016,and divided them randomly into control group and observation group. In the control group,the limb indwelling needles of pediatric patients were immobilized by sterile transparent tape. In the observation group,the limb indwelling needles of pediatric patients were immobilized by elastic mesh bandage. The clinical application effects of the two fixed methods were compared. Results： In the observation group,the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle,the success rate of indwelling and the parents satisfaction of pediatric patients were significantly higher than those of the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as phlebitis and fluid leakage of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of elastic mesh bandage in the immobilization of neonatal limb indwelling needle is better than that of the sterile transparent tape in children with limb indwelling needle. It can ensure the safety of indwelling needle,reduce adverse reaction,prolong the time of indwelling needle and relieve the pain of children. It also can reduce the workload of the nursing staff,improve the parents satisfaction with the nursing work. Therefore the elastic mesh bandage has a high clinical value.
