藏药十八味欧曲膏对慢性湿疹大鼠模型血清TLR_2及LTB_4表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究藏药十八味欧曲膏对慢性湿疹大鼠模型血清TLR_2及LTB_4的影响。方法:将72只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、藏药十八味欧曲膏高(0.35 g生药/kg)、中(0.21 g生药/kg)、低(0.14 g生药/kg)剂量组,模型对照组、阳性对照组和藏药十八味欧曲膏高、中、低剂量组大鼠制备慢性湿疹模型,空白对照组正常饲养。模型对照组给予凡士林,阳性对照组给予冰黄肤乐,藏药十八味欧曲膏高、中、低剂量组予藏药十八味欧曲膏经皮给药,给药10 d后采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中的TLR_2及LTB_4的含量。结果:模型对照组血清中TLR_2及LTB_4含量的表达水平显著高于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);藏药十八味欧曲膏高、中、低剂量组血清中TLR_2、LTB_4含量的表达水平均显著低于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:藏药十八味欧曲膏能降低慢性湿疹模型大鼠血清TLR_2及LTB_4含量,其治疗湿疹的作用机制可能与免疫调节及减轻炎症反应相关。Objeetive： To study the effects of Tibetan Drug Shibawei Ouqu Ointment on expressions of TI,B2, I,TB4 in blood serum of rat model of eczema. Methods： The 72 rats were divided into 6 groups, blank control group, model conlrol group, positive control group, high dose group, moderate dose group and low dose group. Blank control group was normally ted; other groups were established chronic eczema models. We gave petroleum jelly to model control group and Binghuang Fule to positive control group, Tibetan drug Shihawei Ouqu Ointment in different dosages： high （0.35 g/kg） mod, erate （0.21 g/kg） and low （0.14g/kg）. Results：The expression levels of TLR2, LTB4 in blood serum in each group were measured by ELISA after 10 days. Resuh： Compared with blank control group, expressions of TLR2, LTB4 in blood serum of model control group were significantly higher（P〈0.01）; compared with model control group, expressions of TLR2, LTB4 in blood serum of high, moderate and low dose group were significantly lower （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tibetan Shibawei Ouqu Ointment could regulate the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets and it shows the function of immunoregulatiun.
