“调衡解毒法”辨治胃癌经验

摘　　要：基于对胃癌"本虚毒聚、气郁化热"核心病机的认识,提出调衡解毒的方法,"辨病、辨证、辨症"三位一体治疗胃癌。其中证、症结合,寒热同调,收散结合,调畅气机,达到机体平衡。辨病治疗,解毒抗癌,共奏调衡解毒之功,临床取得了满意效果。其对胃癌核心病机的认识及药物配伍、辨治特色,值得临床借鉴。According to the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer, activating vital Qi, keeping balance between yin and yang, removing the evil are supposed to be the basic principle in treating gastric cancer. It suggested that differential diagnosis of disease in Western medicine combined with syndrome ＆ symptom differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine is more suitable in cancer treatment. Regulation of cold and heat, combination of controlling and dispersing, regulating qi-activity is meant to be used in keeping balance in persons＇ inner environment. Diagnosis of disease in the combinational way is helptul for recognizing different phases of gastric cancer and clinical practice. The ＂Tiao Heng Jie Du＂ principle can be widely applied in clinical practices due to the featured drug eompatibility and syndrome differentiation.
