摘　　要：通过对《丁甘仁医案》中治疗月经病的医案进行分析,得出丁甘仁辨治月经病的经验为:经行呕吐,肝胃同调;倒经鼻衄,清肝平冲;伏邪闭经,扶正和营;寒瘀痛经,理气散寒;阴虚崩漏,固摄奇经。According to analyzing the clinical cases of Ding Gan-ren in treating menopathy from Ding Ganren＇s Medical Records, the author concluded Ding＇s experience on menopathy was： menses with vomting, treat the liver and stomach; menses with epistaxis, clearing liver fire and treat the vital channel; body resistance weakened while pathogenic factors hiden, strengthening the body resistance and harmonizing ying; dysmenorrhea cause of cold and stasis, regulate the flow of vital energy and dispelling cold; metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with yin deficiency, fixing extra meridians.
