Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low-dose aspirin (LDA) in the treatment of unexplained habitual abortion. Methods 537 outpatients and 537 hospitalized patients from March 2012 to August 2015 were se- lected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (309 patients) and the control group(228 patients). The experiment group was given LDA anticoagulation therapy, while the control group was given oral placebo. The complications, pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcome in the two groups of pregnant women were observed and compared. Results The clinical rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.2% vs 47.8%, P〈0.05). The incidence rate of preeclampsia was lower than that in the control group (8.5% vs 20.2% P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. But the hemorrhagic disease of pregnancy and neonatal outcome were not statistically significant. Conclusion LDA is able to effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with unexplained habitual abortion, which does not increase incidence of complications during pregnancy and neonatal hemorrhagic disease, and does not affect the outcome of pregnancy.
