摘　　要：目的 探讨伴有胫骨平台骨折的半月板损伤的修复方法和治疗效果。方法 共观察30例胫骨平台骨折病例,在手术治疗骨折的同时,探查半月板损伤情况,其中发现22例伴有半月板损伤,破裂在红区或红白交界区的用5个0不可吸收线垂直缝合,破裂在白区的横斜破裂型给予成形术。结果 30例患者随访12～18个月,平均14个月。按照HSS评分,所有病例优21例,良4例,可5例,优良率83.3%。结论 合并胫骨平台骨折的半月板损伤经过手术修复可以得到与单纯胫骨平台骨折一样的治疗效果。Objective To explore the repairing method and curative effects of meniscus injury combined with tibial plateau fractures. Methods 30 patients with tibial plateau fractures were observed in the study. Meniscus injury was checked in the surgical treatment of fractures and 22 cases were with meniscus injury. Ruptures in the red zone or red border area were vertically sutured with five 0s absorption line. Ruptures in erossfall rupture region were given angio- plasty. Results 30 patients were followed up for 12-18 months with an average of 14 months. According to HSS scores, 21 cases were excellent, 4 cases were good, and 5 cases were fair, and the excellent and good rate was 83.3%. Con- clusion Meniscus injury with tibial plateau fractures can get the same therapeutic effect as that of tibial plateau frac- tures through surgical repair.
