江育仁教授“阳可统阴”学术思想在中医儿科临床应用体会

摘　　要：对江育仁教授1985年提出的"阳可统阴"学术思想,从形成、临床应用以及体会等方面进行了归纳、整理和阐述,并附验案4则验证温阳法在儿科疾病中的疗效。明确提出"江育仁教授‘阳可统阴’的学术思想是应用温阳法治疗儿科阳虚病证的理论基础"等见解,对于纠正儿科临床过用寒凉药物、推广温阳法在儿科的应用具有较好的参考价值。The academic thought,yang mastering yin raised by professor JIANG Yuren in 1985,was concluded and elaborated from its establishment,clinical application and experience,and then 4 cases were attached for verifying efficacy of yang-warming therapy in pediatric diseases.And this thought,yang mastering yin rasied by professor JIANG Yuren,which lays the theoretic foundation of applying yang-warming therapy in pediatric diseases caused by yang deficiency,was proposed explicitly in this paper.And there is of great value in the popularization and application of yang-warming therapy to avoid too cool and cold medication in clinical pediatrics.
