清肺祛痰糖浆辅助治疗小儿痰热咳嗽40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清肺祛痰糖浆辅助治疗小儿痰热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将80例痰热咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规抗病毒、抗感染以及退热等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予清肺祛痰糖浆口服,治疗7 d后统计2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽好转时间和咳嗽消失时间分别为(2.28±1.28)d,(4.20±1.18)d,对照组分别为(3.28±2.11)d,(4.98±1.49)d,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺祛痰糖浆辅助疗法能有效缓解小儿痰热咳嗽的各项临床症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect of children with phlegm-heat cough treated with Qingfei Qutan Tangjiang.Methods 80 cases of children with phlegm-heat cough were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 40 cases in each.Control group was treated with conventional methods,including antiviral,resistance to infection and defervescence therapy and so on.On this basis,therapy group was given oral Qingfei Qutan Tangjiang.Clinical curative effect of two groups will be observed after 7 days＇ treatment.Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 95.0% and 77.5% respectively with statistical and significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Time of cough improvement and disappearance in therapy group was（ 2.28±1.28） days and（ 4.20±1.18）days,in control group was（ 3.28±2.11） days,（ 4.98±1.49） days.Differences were statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qingfei Qutan Tangjiang can relieve the clinical symptoms of infantile phlegm-heat cough with an obvious curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
