补气祛风化痰法治疗小儿鼻鼽80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气祛风化痰法治疗小儿鼻鼽的临床疗效。方法 80例鼻鼽患儿从肺脾气虚、风痰留着证进行辨证,采用补气祛风化痰法进行治疗,并根据临床症状特点辨证加减。7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果显效48例,有效26例,无效6例,显效率为60.0%,总有效率为92.5%。结论小儿鼻鼽多为本虚标实证,肺脾气虚、风痰留着是其重要病机,补气祛风化痰法治疗本病可扶正祛邪、标本兼顾,临床疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on children with allergic rhinitis treated by tonifying qi,dispelling wind and resolving phlegm therapy.Methods Diagnosis and treatment based on the syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen qi and retention of wind phlegm,80 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were treated with tonifying qi,dispelling wind and resolving phlegm therapy modified according to clinical symptoms.Treatment lasted for 7 days as one course,clinical curative effect will be observed after 2 courses.Results The numbers of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment were 48,26 and 6 cases respectively,the clinical significant efficiency was 60.0% and the total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusions Children with allergic rhinitis is a kind of syndrome with deficiency in root and excess in superficial.Its key pathogenesis is deficiency of lung and spleen qi and retention of wind phlegm.Tonifying qi,dispelling wind and resolving phlegm therapy for allergic rhinitis has got satisfying clinical curative effects for strengthening the body resistance,eliminating pathogenic factors as well as treating the branch and root simultaneously.
