摘　　要：右美托咪定是高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抗交感、稳定血流动力学、减少麻醉用药量、呼吸抑制作用轻的特点。其在成人的临床应用价值得到越来越多的医师认同,但是小儿应用右美托咪定还未形成共识。本文就右美托咪定对小儿呼吸、循环的影响以及小儿应用右美托咪定的安全性等进行综述,旨在更好地指导右美托咪定在小儿麻醉中的应用。Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective alpha 2-adrenoceptor agonist,which possesses the characteristics such as sedation,analgesia,anti-anxiety,anti-sympathetic,hemodynamic stability,reducing dose ofanesthetic drugs,without causing respiratory depression.The value of the clinical application of Dexmedetomidine in adults is more and more recognized by doctors,but the application of Dexmedetomidine in children has not yet formed a consensus.In this arti- cle,the influence of Dexmedetomidine on respiration and circulation in children,and the safety of Dexmedetomidine in children were reviewed in order to better guide the application of Dexmedetomidine in pediatric anesthesia.
