米力农在法洛氏四联症根治术后治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究米力农在法洛氏四联症(TOF)根治术治疗后的临床效果。方法 52例行法洛氏四联症根治术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例。观察组给予静脉注射米力农治疗,对照组给予多巴酚丁胺治疗,观察并记录两组患者的疗效和各项心功能指标。结果治疗后观察组的左室舒张末径(LVSD)为(32±5)mm、心脏指数(CI)为(3.79±1.18)L/(min·m2)、左室射血分数(LVEF)为(65±4)%优于对照组的(35±5)mm、(3.17±1.12)L/(min·m2)、(54±3)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者在接受法洛氏四联症根治术治疗后,使用米力农治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To research clinical effect by milrinone in treatment after tetralogy of Fallot（TOF） radical operation. Methods A total of 52 patients receiving tetralogy of Fallot radical operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 26 cases in each group. The observation group received milrinone by intravenous injection for treatment, and the control group received dobutamine for treatment. Observation and record were made on curative effects and cardiac function indexes in both groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVSD） as（32±5） mm, cardiac index（CI） as（3.79±1.18） L/（min·m^2）, and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） as（65±4）%, which were all better than（35±5） mm,（3.17±1.12） L/（min·m^2） and（54±3） % of the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After tetralogy of Fallot radical operation, implement of milrinone provides remarkably curative effect for patients. It is worth promoting.
