摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤采取栓塞术治疗的护理效果。方法 10例行栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者,在手术过程中实施心电监护,对患者自身血压变化、心率及氧饱和度的变化进行密切观察,观察术后效果。结果 9例患者手术成功,术后1周出院;1例患者出现神经功能缺失。结论颅内动脉瘤栓塞术配合积极的术中护理,能够提高手术的成功率。Objective To investigate nursing effect by embolization for intracranial aneurysm. Methods A total of 10 patients receiving embolization for intracranial aneurysm were all given intraoperative electrocardiograph monitoring to observe their changes in blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation. Their postoperative effects were observed. Results There were 9 patients with successful operation, who were discharged in 1 week after operation, and 1 case with neurological deficits. Conclusion Combination of intracranial aneurysm embolization and active intraoperative nursing can improve operation success rate.
