摘　　要：大学生因其特殊的社会角色定位,他们对法律的信仰将直接影响中国法治化的建设进程。在依法治国、建设法治中国的背景下当下这一群体却面临着缺乏坚定的法治信仰和情感的现状,在这样的背景下加快全社会法治环境的形成,努力改革高校法治教育模式,加大对法治教育的重视,提高法治教育在高校教育的地位对大学生法治信仰的培育具有重要的现实意义。College students＇ faith in law have direct impact on China＇s promotion of a law-based government because of their special role in society.Unfortunately,college students as a whole do not have a firm belief in or passion for the rule of law.It is of vital importance to promote the rule of law in society at large and lay more stress on legal education in colleges and universities.
