新疆阿克苏地区维、汉族膝骨关节病患者膝关节功能的评价

摘　　要：目的:评价阿克苏地区汉族和维吾尔族膝骨关节病患者膝关节功能。方法:对膝骨性关节病患者一般情况、Lequesne指数、Lysholm膝关节评分等内容进行调查评估及统计分析。结果:共159例患者,其中汉族105例,维吾尔族54例。159例患者Lequesne指数总分为(8.70±3.16)分,膝关节功能为严重障碍,维汉患者之间lequsne指数总评分(P=0.154)、疼痛或不适(P=0.077)、最大行走距离(P=0.665)、日常生活能力评分(P=0.344)比较均无统计学意义。159例患者Lysholm总评分为(63.95±20.33)分,膝关节功能较差;左右膝关节Lysholm评分比较无统计学意义;维、汉患者膝关节Lysholm评分比较总评分(P=0.932)、跛行(P=0.073)、负重(P=0.774)、绞索(P=0.747)、关节不稳(P=0.270)、疼痛(P=0.81)、肿胀(P=0.054)、上下楼梯(P=0.414)、下蹲(P=0.974)均无统计学意义。结论:维、汉族膝骨关节病患者膝关节功能较差,存在严重障碍,且维、汉族患者关节功能没有差异。Objective： To evaluate the knee joint function of Uigur and Han nationality patients with knee os- teoarthropathy in Aksu prefecture in Xinjiang. Methods： The general condition of patients with knee osteoarthropa- thy, the Lequesne index, and Lysholm knee joint score were evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results： There were 159 patients in total, 105 patients were of Han nationality, and the others were Uigur. The total score of Lequesne in- dex of all patients was （8.70±3.16）, and the knee joint function was severe disorder. While between Uigur and Han nationality patients, compared the total score of Lequesne index （P=0.154）, the pain or discomfort （P=0.077）, the maximum walking distance （P=0.665）, and the score of daily living ability （P=0.344）, there were no statistical signif icances. The total Lysholm score of all patients was （63.95±20.33）, so the knee joint function was worse. And there were no statistical difference in comparing the Lysholm score of knee joints. When compared their Lysholm score and total score （P= 0.932）, claudication （P=0.073）, weight beating （P=0.774）, joint locking （P=0.747）, joint instability （P=0.270）, pain（P=0.81）, swelling（P=0.054）, up and down stairs （P=0.414）, as well as squatting （P=0.974）, there were also no statistic differences. Conclusion： The knee joint function of Uigur and Hart nationality patients with knee osteoarthropathy is worse with severe disorder. And there is no difference between Uigur and Han nationality patients in joint function.
