摘　　要：针对云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司研发生产的"四全"清液型系列复合肥产品易结块问题,通过对产品结块原因机制的分析,从防结块剂的选择、生产工艺、包装方面以及防结块剂用量等方面采取一系列的防结块措施。最终选择水分含量低、产品溶解后表面无油迹的全水溶固体粉末状防结块剂;在生产工艺方面提高冷却效率、将包装温度冷却到35℃以下,确保产品彻底冷却;确定包装环节采用双内袋,小包装;防结块剂用量为1 t产品2 kg防结剂。Based on the easy caking problems of ＂ Four full ＂ clear liquid type series compound fertilizer products researched by Yunfeng Branch Company of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd, Through the analysis of mechanism of product caking reasons, a series of anticaking measures are carried out from the selection of anti-caking agent, production process, packaging and caking agent dosage, finally the fully water soluble solid powder anticaking agent is chosen beause of its low moisture content and no oil stains in water dissolved product; In the aspect of production process, through improving the efficiency of cooling and reducing the packing temperature below 35 ℃ the products have been thoroughly cool; Double bag inside and small packaging are ensured, 2 kg anticaking agent for 1 t product is determined through expenment in package process.
