摘 要:为探讨厌氧消化处理后的城市污泥在园林方面利用的可行性,采用盆栽实验研究城市污泥与锯末不同配比作为绿化基质对黑麦草种苗生长的影响。经过测定,厌氧消化处理后污泥中重金属含量均达到国家园林绿化标准。LIPP厌氧消化污泥与锯末质量比在40%、50%时,复配基质所含总氮、总磷、总钾与营养土较为接近。污泥与锯末质量配比在50%时,对黑麦草种苗生长效果最好,分蘖数和叶长分别达到营养土的92%、97.8%;根长、鲜质量、叶绿素和可溶性糖质量分数比营养土分别增加了19.0%、17.9%、17.9%、29.8%;相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)质量分数分别比营养土降低了18.5%、20.8%。The effect of green matrix composed of sewage sludge and sawdust by different proportions on seedling growth of ryegrass is researched by potted experiment, in order to explore the feasibility of urban sludge using in garden after anaerobic digestion process. The content of heavy metals in urban sludge reach the national standard landscaping after anaerobic digestion. The total N, P, K content in compound matrix is close to nutrient soil when the mass ratio of LIPP anaerobic digestion sludge and sawdust are at 40%, 50%. The seedlings growth of ryegrass is best when the ratio of sludge and sawdust is at 50%. Tiller number and leaf length are respectively 92% and 97.8% of nutrition soil; root length, fresh weight, chlorophyll and soluble sugar content are respectively increased by 19.0%, 17.9%, 17.9%, 29.8% compared to nutrient soil; relative conductivity and MDA content are respectively decreased by'18.5%, 20.8% compared to nutritive soil.
