摘  要:介绍了1款低功率密度的面阵LED路灯的光色电热性能和应用。该路灯在色温5 000 K,显色指数70时,光效高达170 lm/W;在功率密度0.11~0.55 W/cm^2、基板温度45~85℃的范围内,结温只比基板温度高2~7℃。该路灯包含多块低功率密度封装的LED面光源模块,配合整体式配光的玻璃透镜,可以实现良好的蝙蝠翼配光,满足道路照明标准的要求。该路灯还具有成本低、无眩光危害、安装方便的特点,可以直接改装现有的高压钠灯灯具。该路灯可用于替换高压钠灯和金卤灯等传统路灯,节能70%以上。The Photometric, colorimetric, electric and thermal characteristics and application of planar-array LED (PALED) street lamps with low power-density are introduced. The PALED street lamps have a very high luminous efficacy of 170 lm/W at correlative color temperature 5 000 K and color rendering index 70. Their junction temperature is only 2-7℃ higher than substrate with power-density 0.11-0.55 W/cm2 and substrate temperature 45-85℃. Each PALED street lamp is composed of several planar light source modules with low power-density package. The luminous intensity distribution with good bat-wing type is realized with the help of a large integral glass lens. This ensures the luminance distribution along the lanes meets the requirements of road lighting standard. The PALED street lamps have the advantages of low cost, glare-free, easy installation, and can be installed into the luminaires of high pressure sodium lamps. Energy saving will be higher than 70% if PALEDs replaced the traditional street lamps such as high pressure sodium lamps or metal halide lamps.
