摘　　要：介绍了磷化工艺原理、工艺流程及其工艺控制,通过在工业管道上进行3LPE涂敷试验,研究了磷化处理对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:磷化处理提高了钢管的表面质量,涂层附着力得到改善。The principle, treating steps and parameter control of phosphating process are introduced. By applying 3LPE coating onto industry pipes for comparing tests, the effects of phosphating process on the performance of coating were studied. The results showed that the surface quality of the steel pipeline was improved, and coating adhesion property was enhanced after phosphating process.
