摘 要:综述快速热循环注塑成型(rapid heat cycle molding,RHCM)的基本原理和技术特点,归纳电阻加热、对流加热、电磁感应加热和辐射加热等模具型腔加热方法的特点,分析RHCM模具结构的设计方法和加工技术,介绍RHCM工艺参数优化控制的研究现状,概括RHCM快速加热、熔体充填流动及塑件质量分析的数值模拟技术;提出应进一步开发高效和经济的模具型腔加热技术,探索复杂3维塑料制品RHCM注塑模具结构设计和加工方法,优化成型工艺参数,研究快速变模温环境下聚合物熔体流动成型的数值模拟技术,将RHCM与气辅、水辅成型和微孔发泡注塑等技术相结合,拓展其应用领域,推动快速热循环绿色注塑技术的产业化进程。The principles and characteristics of the rapid heat cycle molding(RHCM) technology were introduced. Different heat- ing methods, including resistance heating, convection heating, electromagnetic induction heating and radiation heating, were summa- rized in detail. The research statuses of the mold structure design, mold manufacturing and the optimization of process parameters for RHCM were reviewed. The current simulation methods for different processing stages in RHCM, including rapid heating, melt filling, and part quality prediction, were summed up. Furthermore, the current problems and development prospects for RHCM technology were presented. More efficient and economical heating methods should be studied. RHCM for three-dimensional complex parts should be designed and manufactured. The effects of processing parameters and its optimization should be investigated. The numerical simula- tion methods for melt filling flow in vail-temperature mold cavities should he developed. Moreover, RHCM process should be combined with other injection molding technologies, including gas assisted injection molding, water assisted injection molding, microcellnlar injec- tion molding and so on, to promote the industilalization process for RHCM green technology.
