摘  要:目的采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芩中多糖的含量。方法用超声-沸水浴提取黄芩中的多糖,以葡萄糖为标准品,在490 nm处测定其中多糖的含量。结果测得黄芩中多糖的平均含量为12.8%,平均回收率为99.0%。结论该方法结果准确,操作简便,具有良好的重现性和稳定性,适合黄芩药材中多糖含量测定。Objective To develop an UV method for the ods Polysaecharide was extracted from Scutellaria Radix determination of polysaccharide in Scutellaria Radix. Meth- by ultrasonic and boiling water bath and determined at 490 nm,while glucose was used as standard substance. Results The average content of polysaccharide was 12.8% ,and the average recovery was 99.0%. Conclusion The developed method is simple, accurate with high repeatability and stability;it is suitable for the determination of polysaccharide in Scutellaria Radix.
