摘 要:目的优化西青果总酚酸提取工艺。方法以西青果总酚酸含量为考察指标,对超声和回流提取方法进行考察,同时在考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、液料比单因素基础上,采用响应面分析法确定最佳提取工艺。结果提取最佳工艺为:提取时间为3.39 h,溶剂用量为24.67倍,溶剂浓度为74.66%。结合实际情况将提取工艺改为回流提取3 h,溶剂用量为25倍,溶剂浓度为75%。结论最佳提取条件的筛选,有利于工业放大生产,节省成本。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total phenolic acid from Terminalia chebula. Methods The extraction efficiency of ultrasonic and reflux were evaluated by using total phenolic acid content of Terminalia che- bula as the indexes. Meanwhile, the factors of extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration were optimizedby response surface analysis method. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction time, 3.39 h, solid-liquid ratio ,24.67 times, the ethanol concentration ,74.66%. Finally, the extraction process of reflux ex- traction,3 h ; solid-liquid ratio,25 times and the ethanol concentration,75 % were applied for the convenient. Conclu- sion The optimization of extraction conditions is conducive to the scale-up production and saving cost.
