摘　　要：辽朝以武立国,民族崇尚武力,精于骑射。为了保持本民族尚武的习俗,契丹统治者在建国后,通过四时捺钵,以及射柳等仪式活动中的骑射活动,表现了统治者尚武的态度和行为。此外,契丹上层女性除了同男性一样崇尚武力,善于骑射运动外,还喜爱双陆棋,在动静之间体现了契丹上层女性独具特色的体育观。In Liao Dynasty there is a strong military force. Khitans are brave and skllllul m battle. They advocate force and are good at riding and shooting. In order to maintain the national martial custom, after the nation being established, a fixed time hunting in four seasons and shooting the willow ritual activities in riding and shooting, show the warlike attitude and behavior of the ruler. In addition, the Khitans upper-class women advocate force like men and good at riding and shooting sports. They also like playing Double-Liu-Chess. The unique sports views of the Khitans upper-class women are are reflected.
