摘　　要：针对安监人员和工人的安全沟通问题,通过对同煤下属煤矿发放的两套调查问卷采集的数据,依据ABC行为分析理论,构建了煤矿安监人员沟通ABC行为分析模型,进行煤矿实证分析以及理论的验证,可以在煤矿安监人员安全沟通中推广使用。In terms of the problem of security communication between safety personnel and workers, based on the two sets of questionnaires which were conducted by subordinate coal mines, using the theory of ABC behavior analysis, the analytic model of communication of coal mine safety supervision personnel is constructed. The results show the empirical analysis and theoretical verification of coal mines can be promoted in the safety communication of the safety supervision personnel.
