摘  要:用ERVIN寿命试验机模拟了喷丸强化用钢丝切丸的冲击磨损过程,得到了磨损量与循环次数的关系曲线,用扫描仪记录了钢丝切丸磨损形貌的变化过程,用扫描电子显微镜观察了钢丝切丸的磨损形貌。结果表明:在冲击磨损试验过程中,钢丝切丸的形貌逐渐由圆柱状变为类球状,最终变为较小的丸粒;钢丝切丸的冲击磨损失效过程可分为钝化阶段、稳定磨损阶段、剧烈磨损阶段,这三个阶段的的主要磨损失效机理分别为黏着磨损、表层剥落和大块断裂。The impact wear process of shot peening used cut wire shot was simulated by ERVIN test machine to obtain the relationship curve between abrasion loss and cycle index. The changing process of wear morphology of cut wire shot was recorded by scanner. The wear surface morphology of cut wire shot was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) . The results show that during the process of impact wear test, the shape of cut wire shot gradually changed from cylindrical shape to near-spherical shape, and eventually changed into smaller pill.The impact wear failure process of cut wire shot could be divided into three stages: conditioned stage, stahle wear stage and severe wear stage, the wear failure mechanisms of the three stages were adhesive wear, surface peeling and block fracture, respectively.
