碳纤维T300力学性能测试与替代刚性抽油杆可行性分析

摘  要:根据井下温度条件和作业要求确定研究方案,利用日产AG-10k N万能试验机分别测量20℃、40℃、60℃、80℃、98℃时GH公司生产的6K T300碳纤维的拉伸强度。结果发现,其在40℃~60℃左右拉伸强度最高,98℃时的拉伸强度与常温下接近,但总体上拉伸强度在常温至98℃之间比较稳定,能够适应井下采油时地下温度变化的要求。通过测量经过原油分别浸泡3天、5天、10天、30天、60天、180天后6K T300材料的拉伸强度,得出该碳纤维材料对原油腐蚀非常敏感的结论。最后提出要替换刚性抽油杆必须对碳纤维材料进行原油腐蚀性研究的建议。To the oil production, the flexible sucker rod is of high efficiency, low cost, convenient installation and maintenance, it becomes the top one of the main development directions. Carbon fiber material is of light flexibility, high tensile strength and becomes the best choice for the flexible sucker rod. Every 100 m it drops downward in oil well, the temperature rises about 3℃, so one may wonder how the tensile properties of carbon fiber will be and whether they are affected by the crude oil medium corrosion. According to the oil well temperature conditions, the Nissan AG-10 k N universal testing machine is employed to get the tensile strength of the 6K T300 carbon fiber at different temperatures of 20℃, 40℃, 60℃, 80℃ and 98℃. The tensile strength measured at 98℃ is stable and it reaches the highest at 40℃~60℃ when underground temperature changes. By another test, it is found that the carbon fiber material is sensitive to corrosion of crude oil by changing the soaking time(until 3 days, 5 days, 10 days, 30 days, 60 days, 180 days). Finally,it is suggested to study the corrosion of crude oil further.
