MOOC平台学员交流情况的调研与分析——以30门“中国大学MOOC”课程为例

摘　　要：文章通过对30门"中国大学MOOC"课程的综合讨论区进行调研与分析,揭示MOOC平台学员交流已呈现回复率与主题重复度较高、教师参与度较低、交流水平参差不齐、存在无用行为等结果;并提出发起统一解答主题、激励学员回复行为、提高教师参与热情、提升知识交流水平和规范讨论使用平台等优化MOOC平台学员交流机制的建议。Through the survey and analysis of 30＂China University MOOC＂ courses comprehensive discussion areas, this paper reveals some results of students＇ communication on MOOC platform, that a higher rate of reply and themes repeat, teachers＇ participation is low, communication level is different and useless behaviors exist. Based on these results, this paper discusses optimization of some suggestions of students＇ communication mechanism on MOOC platform, including initiating a unified answer theme, motivating students＇ behavior of response, improving teachers＇ participation, enhancing the level of knowledge communication and specifying the using platform to discuss.
