摘 要:采用干漏斗法对张掖市郊区农田土壤中螨类进行调查,共捕获土壤螨354只.结果表明,在东郊、西郊和北郊三个样点土壤p H值与土壤螨的数量分布呈显著的相关性.其中东郊和西郊为正相关性,北郊为负相关性.样点螨的数量比例为1.074∶1.794∶1∶1.338.西郊、南郊和北郊农田土壤中螨类呈表聚性分布,而东郊农田螨的分布为第三层(10-15cm)第一层(5-10cm)第二层(0-5cm).分布的差异与多样性指数表明,各样点受到不同程度的污染,东郊和西郊植食性螨分布较多,而在南郊和北郊营自由生活的螨较多.The dry funnel method is adopted to investigate the Zhangye suburb farmland soil mites, and totally 354 soil mites are captured. The results show that there's a significant correlation between the distribution of mites and the PH of the soils in the east, west and north suburbs. The east and west suburbs show positive correlation while the northern suburb shows negative correlation. The proportion of the number of mites is 1.074:1.794:1:1.338 in testing points. In the western, southern and northern suburbs, mites present table together distribution, and the mite in the eastern suburb farmland distributes in the third layer(10-15cm),the first layer(5-10cm)and the second layer(0-5cm). The distribution difference and diversity index show that there exist different levels of pollution in the tested soils, and there are more phytophagous mites distributed in the eastern and the western suburbs while more free-life mites are in the south and north camps.
