摘 要:钱学森院士提出的沙产业理论,在实践中如何推进,是一项系统工程.对此,甘肃省张掖市以微藻开发研究为切入点,通过人工设施装置发展微藻产业,探索出了"高校主导型产学研结合+产业链开发"模式,以产学研横向联合为沙产业提供系统支撑,以产业链开发推进沙产业发展,不断进行技术创新和制度创新,寻求了一条发展沙产业的有益路径.It is a systematic project to put into practice the Sand Industry Theory put forward by Academician Qian Xue-sen.Given this,we have explored the "university-dominated cooperation between the industry,university and research institute and the industry chain exploration" model by taking the microalogology exploration as an entry point and developing the microalogology by means of man-made facilities and equipment.It provides systematic support for the sand industry by the horizontal combination of the industry,university and research institute and gives impetus for the sand industry by the industry chain exploration.The innovation of both the technologies and the systems is still in progression,and a beneficial approach to the development of the sand industry has been sought.
